L\u2019\tquipe Conseil en Dette de Livingstone a le plaisir d\u2019annoncer le financement r\tussi de <\/strong>l\u2019acquisition par CLEAN <\/strong><\/a>de Stevens Hatherley Holdings Limited, op\trant sous le nom de Paragon Laundry. Livingstone a conseill\t CLEAN, soutenue par MML Capital Partners, en organisant des lignes de cr\tdit pour financer cette transaction ainsi que de futures acquisitions. Les financements ont \tt\t fournis par Permira Debt Managers et Santander Corporate Banking.<\/strong><\/p>

CLEAN est l\u2019un des principaux acteurs du secteur de la blanchisserie industrielle B2B au Royaume-Uni, pr\tsent sur les march\ts de la location de linge et de v\btements de travail. Ses clients vont des ind\tpendants aux grands groupes mondiaux des secteurs de l\u2019h\u000ftellerie, de la restauration, du traiteur, de l’agroalimentaire, de l\u2019ing\tnierie et de la pharmacie. Avec cinq sites de production, CLEAN se targue d\u2019offrir un service professionnel, de qualit\t et ax\t sur le client \u0000 une client\ble exigeante.<\/p>

Paragon est l\u2019un des plus grands fournisseurs ind\tpendants de location de linge et de v\btements au Royaume-Uni et actionnaire du Brilliant Laundry Group. Paragon dessert de nombreux acteurs majeurs de l\u2019h\u000ftellerie et du v\btement professionnel \u0000 travers une vaste r\tgion g\tographique du Royaume-Uni. Cette acquisition fait presque doubler la taille de CLEAN, qui compte d\tsormais neuf blanchisseries \u0000 travers le Royaume-Uni.<\/p>
