Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer le refinancement d’Amware Fulfillment, LLC (\u2011la \u00ab Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb\u2011), une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en portefeuille de Rotunda Capital Partners (\u2011\u00ab Rotunda \u00bb\u2011). Le capital de premier et second rang a \u00e9t\u00e9 fourni respectivement par Capital Southwest Corporation (Nasdaq : CSWC) et Avante Mezzanine Partners.<\/strong><\/p>

Amware fournit des solutions personnalis\u00e9es d’entreposage et d’ex\u00e9cution de commandes (\u00ab fulfillment \u00bb) \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e aux petites et moyennes entreprises \u00e0 travers les \u00c9tats-Unis. Fort de clients issus de divers secteurs d’activit\u00e9, Amware s’est forg\u00e9 une solide r\u00e9putation de prestataire logistique de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur les segments B2C (business-to-consumer) et B2B (business-to-business). La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dispose d’une superficie totale d’entreposage de 1,6 million de pieds carr\u00e9s r\u00e9partie sur six sites aux \u00c9tats-Unis. De plus, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est dirig\u00e9e par une \u00e9quipe de direction assaisonnie comptant plusieurs d\u00e9cennies d’exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>
