Cette transaction s&rsquo;inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une longue s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;acquisitions dans le secteur du bricolage au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Fond\u00e9e en 1990, Golvpoolen a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en tant que sp\u00e9cialiste du rev\u00eatement de sol avant d&rsquo;\u00e9largir son offre de produits.<\/strong><\/p><p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, Golvpoolen est le plus grand distributeur sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 de parquets, carrelages et am\u00e9nagements de salle de bain en Scandinavie, proposant un vaste assortiment de marques reconnues. En plus de sa boutique en ligne scandinave, Golvpoolen poss\u00e8de quatre magasins physiques dans le sud de la Su\u00e8de, s&rsquo;appuyant sur une client\u00e8le diversifi\u00e9e de particuliers et de professionnels. Bygghemma.se est le leader nordique de la vente en ligne de produits de bricolage et de mat\u00e9riaux de construction.
