Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer la cession de <\/strong>Apache Hose and Belting Company, Inc.<\/strong><\/a> (\u00ab Apache \u00bb ou la \u00ab Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb) \u00e0 Motion Industries, Inc. (\u00ab Motion \u00bb), une filiale \u00e0 100 % de Genuine Parts Company (NYSE:GPC). Livingstone a agi en tant que conseiller financier exclusif d’Apache.<\/strong><\/p>
