L\u2019\u00e9quipe Sant\u00e9 de Livingstone a conseill\u00e9 Alliance Physical Therapy Management (\u00ab Alliance \u00bb ou la \u00ab Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb), une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en portefeuille de GPB Capital (\u00ab GPB \u00bb), dans le cadre de la cession \u00e0 HealthPRO Heritage (\u00ab HealthPRO \u00bb), une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en portefeuille de Beecken Petty O\u2019Keefe, de sa division fournissant des services de th\u00e9rapie externalis\u00e9s aux \u00e9tablissements de soins de longue dur\u00e9e.  Livingstone a agi en tant que banque d’affaires exclusive d’Alliance.  Les conditions financi\u00e8res de la transaction n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>

Au premier trimestre 2018, Alliance a finalis\u00e9 l\u2019acquisition de la division am\u00e9ricaine d\u2019Agility Health, lui permettant d\u2019exploiter 155 sites r\u00e9partis dans 27 \u00c9tats.  Alliance exploite des cliniques de physioth\u00e9rapie ambulatoires et sur site, et fournit \u00e9galement des services de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation sous contrat \u00e0 des unit\u00e9s de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation hospitali\u00e8re et sur des sites industriels.<\/p>

\u00ab Alliance a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se d\u00e9sengager strat\u00e9giquement du secteur des soins de longue dur\u00e9e, connu sur le march\u00e9 sous le nom d\u2019Agility Health, afin de se concentrer sur ses activit\u00e9s fondamentales : l\u2019exploitation de cliniques de physioth\u00e9rapie ambulatoires et hospitali\u00e8res ainsi que d\u2019unit\u00e9s sur sites industriels \u00bb, <\/em>a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mark Andrzejewski, PDG d\u2019Alliance<\/strong>.  \u00ab Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette cession, Alliance a cherch\u00e9 et trouv\u00e9 en HealthPRO un acqu\u00e9reur strat\u00e9gique partageant nos engagements en mati\u00e8re de soins hautement conformes et centr\u00e9s sur le patient, dispens\u00e9s par des th\u00e9rapeutes talentueux et reconnus. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>

HealthPRO est un fournisseur diversifi\u00e9 de services de gestion th\u00e9rapeutique et de conseil sur l\u2019ensemble du parcours de soins.  HealthPRO est pr\u00e9sent dans plus de 32 \u00c9tats, emploie plus de 9 000 th\u00e9rapeutes et s\u2019est forg\u00e9 une solide r\u00e9putation en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation, de conformit\u00e9 et d\u2019utilisation technologique avanc\u00e9e pour optimiser les r\u00e9sultats cliniques et op\u00e9rationnels.<\/p>
