L\u2019\u00e9quipe Industrie de Livingstone a conseill\u00e9 <\/strong>HALEX Holding GmbH<\/strong><\/a>, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Aldenhoven, dans le cadre de l\u2019acquisition de 100 % des actions de Forte W\u00e4rmebehandlung GmbH, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Stollberg (Erzgebirge). Le vendeur est Forte Heat Treatments Limited.<\/strong><\/p>

Forte W\u00e4rmebehandlung GmbH est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les traitements thermiques et de surface de mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des lignes de production automatis\u00e9es de pointe. Les normes de qualit\u00e9 de Forte s\u2019adressent, entre autres, \u00e0 l\u2019industrie des \u00e9quipementiers automobiles. Forte de 15 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et d\u2019environ 70 collaborateurs, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e8re un chiffre d\u2019affaires annuel de plus de 8 millions d\u2019euros et s\u2019est solidement implant\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 du traitement thermique.<\/p>

Le GROUPE HALEX a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en 1990 et est un groupe industriel allemand performant compos\u00e9 de deux divisions. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Aldenhoven est l\u2019un des principaux fabricants d\u2019outillages d\u2019extrusion d\u2019aluminium et prestataires de services de finition m\u00e9tallique par traitement thermique et techniques de trempe en Europe. HALEX compte aujourd\u2019hui environ 460 collaborateurs r\u00e9partis sur 12 sites en Allemagne, en Italie, aux Pays-Bas et en Roumanie.<\/p>
