Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer la cession de la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des actifs de <\/strong>Right\/Pointe, LLC<\/strong><\/a> (la \u00ab Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb) \u00e0 <\/strong>Crafco, Inc.<\/strong><\/a> (\u00ab Crafco \u00bb), une filiale d’<\/strong>Ergon, Inc.<\/strong><\/a>  Livingstone a agi en tant que conseiller financier exclusif de Right\/Pointe.  Les conditions financi\u00e8res de la transaction n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>

Fond\u00e9e en 1996 et bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Dekalb, dans l’Illinois, Right\/Pointe est un producteur majeur de produits de scellement de joints et de cures routi\u00e8res destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l’entretien, \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration et \u00e0 la construction des chauss\u00e9es.  L’engagement de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 envers le service client lui a permis de constituer une client\u00e8le diversifi\u00e9e qui s’appuie sur Right\/Pointe pour le d\u00e9veloppement et les tests de produits, positionnant l’entreprise comme un fournisseur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans son secteur.<\/p>

Fond\u00e9e en 1976 et bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Chandler, en Arizona, Crafco est un leader du secteur des produits de pr\u00e9servation de l’asphalte et du b\u00e9ton, notamment les produits de colmatage de fissures appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 chaud, les mastics de jointement en silicone, les mastics appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 chaud et les enrob\u00e9s \u00e0 froid pour le rapi\u00e9\u00e7age et la r\u00e9paration des surfaces routi\u00e8res.<\/p>

La transaction Right\/Pointe constitue un nouveau succ\u00e8s pour l’\u00e9quipe Situations Sp\u00e9ciales de Livingstone, faisant suite \u00e0 la r\u00e9cente cession de plusieurs gammes de produits pour Directed, LLC et \u00e0 la vente r\u00e9cente sous le chapitre \u00a7363 d’Arro Corporation \u00e0 Mount Franklin Foods.<\/p>
