Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer l’investissement dans Leapfrog Brands, LLC (\u00ab Leapfrog \u00bb ou la \u00ab Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb) r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, LLC (\u00ab Palladin \u00bb).  Livingstone est intervenu en tant que conseiller financier exclusif de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.  La transaction a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9e le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2020 et ses conditions n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>

Leapfrog<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2009 par son \u00e9quipe dirigeante actuelle afin de concevoir, d\u00e9velopper et distribuer des produits innovants apportant une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e et satisfaction \u00e0 ses clients.  Aujourd’hui, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est un concepteur et fournisseur de premier plan de r\u00e9cipients pour boissons, notamment de gourdes isothermes et tasses \u00e0 caf\u00e9 nomades, de bo\u00eetes de conservation alimentaire, de moules de cuisson et d’une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d’autres produits novateurs qui devancent l’offre existante sur le march\u00e9 de la maison, du bureau et du voyage.<\/p>

Les produits de Leapfrog sont distribu\u00e9s sous trois marques reconnues \u2013 Ello, ax\u00e9e sur le style et la qualit\u00e9, Zulu, con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des sportifs, et Pogo, adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la vie familiale en d\u00e9placement \u2014 principalement via les grandes cha\u00eenes de distribution et en vente directe aux consommateurs via les principales plateformes d’e-commerce.<\/p>

Palladin<\/a> est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de private equity disposant d’une solide exp\u00e9rience dans l’investissement et le d\u00e9veloppement de marques leaders de la grande consommation et du retail.  Fond\u00e9e en 1998, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s’attache \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les \u00e9quipes dirigeantes pour cr\u00e9er de la valeur par le biais d’initiatives strat\u00e9giques et op\u00e9rationnelles.  Ses dirigeants ont auparavant occup\u00e9 des postes de DG et d’autres fonctions de direction au sein de plusieurs entreprises de commerce de gros, de d\u00e9tail et secteurs connexes, et ont investi, financ\u00e9 ou g\u00e9r\u00e9 plus de 100 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cot\u00e9es et non cot\u00e9es.<\/p>

Leapfrog a mandat\u00e9 Livingstone pour identifier et r\u00e9aliser une transaction avec le meilleur partenaire afin d’accompagner la prochaine phase de croissance de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de soutenir son engagement en mati\u00e8re d’innovation, de qualit\u00e9 et de service client.<\/p>
