Livingstone a conseill\u00e9 <\/strong>Loviseberg Presseri<\/strong><\/a>, une entreprise de boissons \u00e0 base de jus en forte croissance, dans le cadre de sa cession majoritaire \u00e0 <\/strong>SEB Private Equity<\/strong><\/a>. Loviseberg Presseri propose un portefeuille de produits haut de gamme de jus fra\u00eechement press\u00e9s aux saveurs uniques sous sa marque R\u00c5SAFT. Livingstone est intervenu en tant que conseiller exclusif en fusions-acquisitions aupr\u00e8s de Loviseberg Presseri.<\/strong><\/p>

Livingstone a men\u00e9 un processus de cession concurrentiel \u00e0 l’international, impliquant aussi bien des multinationales du secteur agroalimentaire que des fonds de private equity. Le fondateur, Karl Hansson, conservera ses fonctions de PDG et restera actionnaire minoritaire de Loviseberg Presseri.<\/p>

Fond\u00e9e en 2012, Loviseberg Presseri s’est donn\u00e9 pour mission de r\u00e9volutionner le secteur des jus en proposant un produit naturel \u00ab clean-label \u00bb, \u00e9labor\u00e9 avec passion par une \u00e9quipe anim\u00e9e d’un esprit d’entreprise. Les produits sont distribu\u00e9s dans les grandes surfaces et les enseignes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es \u00e0 travers toute la Su\u00e8de, avec un portefeuille de plus de 1 000 magasins clients. De plus, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d’une pr\u00e9sence croissante dans le secteur CHR (caf\u00e9s, h\u00f4tels, restaurants).<\/p>

Fond\u00e9 en 1998, SEB Private Equity est devenu un acteur mondial majeur du private equity bas\u00e9 dans les pays nordiques et g\u00e8re environ 4 milliards USD de capitaux pour le compte de ses clients. L’\u00e9quipe bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Stockholm r\u00e9alise des investissements tant dans la r\u00e9gion nordique qu’\u00e0 l’international.
