Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer la cession de Waterfront Brands (\u00ab Waterfront \u00bb ou la \u00ab Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb), une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en portefeuille d’Invision Capital (\u00ab Invision \u00bb), \u00e0 MPE Partners (\u00ab MPE \u00bb). Les modalit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res de la transaction n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>

Bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Fergus Falls (Minnesota), avec des sites de fabrication suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 Claremore (Oklahoma) et Fort Lauderdale (Floride), Waterfront est le leader du secteur de la conception et de la fabrication d’\u00e9l\u00e9vateurs \u00e0 bateaux, de pontons et d’accessoires associ\u00e9s haut de gamme. Sous ses trois marques phares, ShoreMaster, HydroHoist et Neptune Boat Lifts, Waterfront propose une gamme compl\u00e8te de produits \u00e0 plus de 700 revendeurs et distributeurs ind\u00e9pendants en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et vend directement aux consommateurs via ses points de vente au d\u00e9tail et ses sites web d’e-commerce.<\/p>
