Livingstone a conseill\u00e9<\/strong> Grupo Enertis<\/strong><\/a> (\u00ab Enertis \u00bb ou \u00ab la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb), cabinet de conseil leader mondial en solutions d’\u00e9nergies renouvelables et de stockage d’\u00e9nergie, dans le cadre de sa cession \u00e0 <\/strong>Applus Servicios Tecnol\u00f3gicos,<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong><\/a>SLU (\u00ab Applus+ \u00bb). Les conditions financi\u00e8res de la transaction n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>

Fond\u00e9e en 2007 en tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’ing\u00e9nierie, de conseil, de contr\u00f4le et d’inspection pour l’industrie photovolta\u00efque, Enertis s’est rapidement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour devenir un acteur reconnu mondialement, avec plus de 2 500 projets r\u00e9alis\u00e9s et une capacit\u00e9 install\u00e9e cumul\u00e9e de 135 GW. Employant environ 200 personnes r\u00e9parties sur 13 sites, Enertis est intervenue sur des projets dans 65 pays, ses principaux march\u00e9s \u00e9tant l’Espagne, les \u00c9tats-Unis et l’Am\u00e9rique latine. La pand\u00e9mie n’a gu\u00e8re ralenti l’entreprise, qui a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 2020 un chiffre d’affaires de 20 millions d’euros (24 millions USD) avec des marges b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>

Avec l’acquisition d’Enertis, Applus+ acquiert de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences pr\u00e9cieuses dans le secteur mondial des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, un march\u00e9 \u00e0 forte valeur strat\u00e9gique et au potentiel de croissance d’exception.
