Livingstone a conseill\u00e9 <\/strong>Hudikhus<\/strong><\/a>, un fabricant de maisons pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es en bois, dans le cadre de sa cession majoritaire \u00e0 <\/strong>Storskogen<\/strong><\/a>. S’appuyant sur la position de leader de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 su\u00e9dois des r\u00e9sidences de vacances, Livingstone a positionn\u00e9 l’opportunit\u00e9 d’investissement et a men\u00e9 un processus d’ench\u00e8res structur\u00e9. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 125 millions de SEK et un r\u00e9sultat d’exploitation d’environ 28 millions de SEK pour l’exercice 2021.<\/strong><\/p>

Hudikhus<\/a> est un constructeur de maisons qui con\u00e7oit et vend des maisons pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es en bois, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les r\u00e9sidences secondaires. Son si\u00e8ge social est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Hudiksvall et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dispose de bureaux commerciaux \u00e0 Stockholm et G\u00f6teborg. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 emploie 25 personnes, principalement ax\u00e9es sur le design, le d\u00e9veloppement de produits et les ventes. Fond\u00e9e en 1961, Hudikhus est d\u00e9tenue et dirig\u00e9e par Anders Eriksson et sa famille depuis 1980. Aujourd’hui, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est dirig\u00e9e par la deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de copropri\u00e9taires, Malin Hagberg, DG, et Tobias Sonerud, directeur commercial, qui resteront copropri\u00e9taires et continueront \u00e0 diriger l’entreprise apr\u00e8s la transaction.<\/p>

Storskogen<\/a> acquiert et d\u00e9veloppe des petites et moyennes entreprises performantes et rentables dans les secteurs de l’Industrie, du Commerce et des Services dans les pays nordiques, dans la r\u00e9gion DACH et au Royaume-Uni.  Au 30 septembre 2021,  Storskogen comptait 94 unit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles pour un total d’environ 7 000 employ\u00e9s et un chiffre d’affaires annuel sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 19 milliards de SEK. Hudikhus rejoindra la verticale Producteurs de Storskogen, rattach\u00e9e au secteur d’activit\u00e9 Commerce.<\/p>

Cette transaction dans le secteur des biens de consommation fait suite \u00e0 la cession de Hafa Bathroom Group \u00e0 BHG Group<\/a> et \u00e0 la cession de Loviseberg Presseri \u00e0 SEB Private Equity<\/a>.<\/p>

Livingstone a agi en tant que conseiller financier exclusif et Setterwalls<\/a> en tant que conseiller juridique de Hudikhus<\/a> tout au long du processus de
