Livingstone a conseill\u00e9 <\/strong>ProvideU<\/strong><\/a> dans le cadre de sa cession \u00e0 <\/strong>Novedo<\/strong><\/a>. ProvideU a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2008 par les entrepreneurs Fredrik Forngren et Mikael Rehnberg. Bas\u00e9e \u00e0 V\u00e4ster\u00e5s, l’entreprise s’est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e rapidement et est aujourd’hui un acteur bien \u00e9tabli dans le secteur des services de fabrication \u00e9lectronique (EMS), fournissant des composants sur mesure et des syst\u00e8mes complets \u00e0 une vaste client\u00e8le.<\/strong><\/p>

ProvideU exerce actuellement ses activit\u00e9s en Su\u00e8de et en Estonie et s’appuie sur une client\u00e8le mondiale.  Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 combiner une offre int\u00e9grant \u00e0 la fois des composants sur mesure et des syst\u00e8mes complets, l’entreprise a su se tailler une position unique dans un secteur traditionnel. ProvideU s’appuie sur une \u00e9quipe solide de 55 collaborateurs qui continueront \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l’entreprise, en augmentant les volumes et en saisissant de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s commerciales \u00e0 l’avenir.<\/p>

Novedo acquiert l’int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du capital de ProvideU ; toutefois, les anciens propri\u00e9taires resteront actifs au sein de l’entreprise \u00e0 l’issue de la transaction. De plus, les entrepreneurs Fredrik Forngren et Mikael Rehnberg deviennent co-actionnaires de Novedo, ce qui leur permet de participer \u00e0 deux parcours de croissance parall\u00e8les.<\/p>

ProvideU devient la 14e entreprise du groupe, qui compte environ 770 salari\u00e9s et r\u00e9alise un chiffre d’affaires pro forma d’environ 1,2 milliard de SEK. Novedo pr\u00e9voit une introduction en bourse (IPO) au premier semestre 2023.<\/p>

Livingstone a agi en tant que conseiller financier exclusif de ProvideU<\/a> et Hansen Advokatbyr\u00e5<\/a> a agi en tant que conseiller juridique de ProvideU<\/a> tout au long du processus de
