Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer la cession de <\/strong>PAW GmbH & Co. KG<\/strong><\/a> (\u2013 PAW \u2013 ou \u2013 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u2013) au<\/strong> groupe Stiebel Eltron<\/strong><\/a> en tant que conseiller exclusif en M&A. Les conditions financi\u00e8res de la transaction n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>

Ancr\u00e9e dans le secteur du chauffage et du sanitaire, PAW est un fabricant familial de premier plan de syst\u00e8mes de distribution intelligents pour le chauffage, la technologie de l’eau potable, l’\u00e9nergie solaire thermique et les modules d’appartement. Les produits et syst\u00e8mes fabriqu\u00e9s par PAW se caract\u00e9risent par un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 d’efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, une technologie de capteurs intelligents et une expertise en contr\u00f4le logiciel. Les produits propos\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans des syst\u00e8mes domotiques ou de gestion technique du b\u00e2timent et contr\u00f4l\u00e9s via une application facilitant leur exploitation sur site. Aujourd’hui, PAW emploie environ 150 personnes \u00e0 Hamelin et vend principalement ses produits dans la r\u00e9gion DACH et \u00e0 travers le monde.<\/p>
