Livingstone a conseill\u00e9 les actionnaires de <\/strong>Swedwise AB<\/strong><\/a> (\u00ab Swedwise \u00bb ou \u00ab La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb) dans le cadre de sa cession \u00e0 <\/strong>Storskogen<\/strong><\/a>. Storskogen acquiert une participation de 82 % dans VSH Holding AB, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 holding de Swedwise. Swedwise sera la huiti\u00e8me business unit \u00e0 int\u00e9grer le p\u00f4le des services num\u00e9riques de Storskogen. L’entit\u00e9 r\u00e9alisera un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 380 millions SEK (39 M USD) en 2021 et sera dirig\u00e9e par Oskar Bjursten, Investment Director chez Storskogen. Les anciens propri\u00e9taires resteront actionnaires et continueront d’\u00eatre impliqu\u00e9s dans la gestion quotidienne de l’entreprise apr\u00e8s la transaction. Livingstone est intervenu en tant que conseil financier exclusif de Swedwise.<\/strong><\/p>

Fond\u00e9e en 2010, Swedwise s’est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour devenir une entreprise IT sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de premier plan, ax\u00e9e sur l’int\u00e9gration de syst\u00e8mes et la gestion de l’information. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une combinaison de licences logicielles de premier plan et \u00e0 une expertise approfondie, Swedwise est en mesure de proposer \u00e0 ses clients des solutions sur mesure dans le domaine de la gestion de l’information et de l’int\u00e9gration de syst\u00e8mes. Swedwise permet \u00e0 ses clients de prendre le contr\u00f4le de leurs flux d’information, de cr\u00e9er des opportunit\u00e9s d’int\u00e9gration entre les syst\u00e8mes ERP et d’automatiser les processus m\u00e9tiers gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la digitalisation. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dispose actuellement de bureaux \u00e0 Karlstad et \u00e0 Stockholm et a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une marge op\u00e9rationnelle de 37 % en 2021.<\/p>

Cette transaction est le r\u00e9sultat d’un processus de cession concurrentiel et structur\u00e9 au cours duquel Livingstone a mis en valeur le business model unique de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ainsi que ses fortes opportunit\u00e9s de croissance.<\/p>
