Queka Real Partners<\/strong><\/a> est devenu actionnaire de l’entreprise valencienne <\/strong>Factory Colch\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>, sp\u00e9cialiste de la distribution de matelas et d’articles de literie. Livingstone Partners a agi en tant que conseiller financier exclusif dans le cadre de cette op\u00e9ration.<\/strong><\/p>

Fond\u00e9e en 2004, Factory Colch\u00f3n est un acteur majeur en Espagne dans la conception et la distribution de produits de literie. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 commercialise ses produits \u00e0 travers son r\u00e9seau de magasins et ses propres canaux e-commerce. Factory distribue ses propres marques, parmi lesquelles Viscolch\u00f3n\u00ae, Viscoair\u00ae, Viscolch\u00f3n Salud\u00ae, Viscosoja\u00ae, GelMax\u00ae et Cool Fresh\u00ae.<\/p>

Fid\u00e8le \u00e0 sa philosophie de rendre les produits de literie les plus innovants accessibles \u00e0 tous, Factory Colch\u00f3n est actuellement pr\u00e9sente dans deux r\u00e9gions espagnoles, Madrid et la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne, avec pr\u00e8s de 50 magasins et une pr\u00e9sence en ligne en constante progression. Afin de devenir une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au niveau national et d’initier son d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l’international, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a ouvert son capital au groupe d’investissement Queka Real Partners.<\/p>

Queka est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 espagnole de private equity forte de plus de 50 ans d’exp\u00e9rience cumul\u00e9e dans le capital-investissement. Elle s’associe aux entrepreneurs et aux \u00e9quipes de direction pour mettre en \u0153uvre une strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement solide et de croissance durable. Son objectif est d’accompagner l’expansion et la croissance de Factory Colch\u00f3n en lui apportant son expertise et son savoir-faire.<\/p>
