CD Castell\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis par Haralabos Voulgaris. La cession du club albinegro a \u00e9t\u00e9 conseill\u00e9e \u00e0 titre exclusif sur le plan financier par Livingstone Partners repr\u00e9sentant le vendeur, Capital Albinegro, S.L.<\/strong><\/p>

Apr\u00e8s l’ach\u00e8vement du plan strat\u00e9gique sur 5 ans men\u00e9 par le vendeur Capital Albinegro, le renforcement de la gouvernance et de la structure sportive du club, s’achevant lors de l’ann\u00e9e du centenaire, Vicente Montesinos, PDG de Capital Albinegro, a mandat\u00e9 Livingstone Partners afin de trouver le candidat id\u00e9al pour conduire le club vers un avenir prosp\u00e8re. L’objectif principal de Capital Albinegro \u00e9tait de garantir la stabilit\u00e9 du club et de porter un projet con\u00e7u pour maximiser les chances de succ\u00e8s.<\/p>

Au cours de ses 100 ans d’existence, le CD Castell\u00f3n a toujours figur\u00e9 parmi les clubs de football espagnols les plus embl\u00e9matiques, ayant \u00e9volu\u00e9 pendant 65 ans dans le football professionnel espagnol. C’est un club historique b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d’une communaut\u00e9 de supporters unique. Depuis que Capital Albinegro a pris le contr\u00f4le du club, le nombre moyen d’abonn\u00e9s s’est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 13 000 par saison.<\/p>

Livingstone a re\u00e7u des marques d’int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9manant de nombreux candidats \u00e0 travers le monde et a travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec l’acqu\u00e9reur et le vendeur afin de garantir une vision commune et une transition en douceur pour le club.<\/p>
