L’\u00e9quipe Agroalimentaire de Livingstone a conseill\u00e9 les actionnaires de <\/strong>Frutas Tono<\/strong><\/a> dans le cadre de sa fusion avec <\/strong>Guillem Export<\/strong><\/a>. Frutas Tono est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la production, le conditionnement et la commercialisation d’agrumes, et constitue une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 dans le secteur agrumicole espagnol. Les modalit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res de la transaction n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>

Fond\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1970 \u00e0 Benifair\u00f3 de la Valldigna (Valence), Frutas Tono est un acteur majeur du secteur des agrumes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d’une pr\u00e9sence internationale consolid\u00e9e. Frutas Tono produit et commercialise une large gamme d’agrumes, comprenant des oranges, des cl\u00e9mentines, des mandarines et des hybrides. L’entreprise cultive plus de 1 000 hectares de terres et exerce une activit\u00e9 commerciale dans la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des pays de l’Union europ\u00e9enne ainsi qu’en Chine. Elle dispose de deux sites de conditionnement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le traitement de ces produits.<\/p>

Bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Xeresa (Valence), Guillem Export traite environ 130 millions de kilos d’agrumes par an et emploie 1 200 personnes. Avec cette fusion, Guillem franchit une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans sa strat\u00e9gie de croissance externe visant \u00e0 devenir l’un des leaders du march\u00e9 espagnol des agrumes.<\/p>

Fond\u00e9e par deux familles, la fusion de ces deux entreprises donne naissance \u00e0 un groupe qui g\u00e9rera plus de 200 millions de kilos d’agrumes, dont 100 millions issus de sa propre production. En conservant leurs marques sous la direction conjointe des familles Vercher et Guillem, les produits seront commercialis\u00e9s dans plus de 25 pays. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette transaction, le groupe se dote d’une structure op\u00e9rationnelle permettant de renforcer le service client et la qualit\u00e9 tout au long de l’ann\u00e9e.<\/p>
