Le fondateur et associ\u00e9 g\u00e9rant Chaled Qarizada conserve une participation significative dans l&rsquo;entreprise et continue de diriger le groupe en tant que CEO.<\/strong><\/p><p>Le fonds Kapital 1852 SCS SICAV-SIF Equity Invest IV \u00ab MidCapPlus \u00bb, g\u00e9r\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion Kapital 1852 Beratungs GmbH (\u00ab Kapital 1852 \u00bb), a acquis une participation majoritaire dans Physio CKI Praxisgruppe (\u00ab Physio CKI \u00bb) dans le cadre d&rsquo;un projet combinant transmission d&rsquo;entreprise et financement de la croissance. Des investissements dans la digitalisation de l&rsquo;entreprise sont pr\u00e9vus pour rendre l&rsquo;offre plus accessible et am\u00e9liorer le parcours patient.<\/p><p>Bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Bonn, Physio CKI est un groupe de cabinets de kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie en forte croissance qui exploite six cabinets dans la r\u00e9gion m\u00e9tropolitaine de Rhin-Sieg\/Cologne-Bonn, figurant parmi les acteurs majeurs du march\u00e9 r\u00e9gional quelques ann\u00e9es seulement apr\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation.
