Cette transaction marque le d\u00e9but d&rsquo;une nouvelle \u00e8re prometteuse pour Trejon, l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e9tant amen\u00e9e \u00e0 poursuivre sa dynamique de croissance et son d\u00e9veloppement au sein du p\u00f4le Agriculture, For\u00eat &amp; Jardin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trejon est un producteur et distributeur leader de machines et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements pour l&rsquo;agriculture, la sylviculture et la construction. Forte d&rsquo;un h\u00e9ritage remontant aux ann\u00e9es 1940 \u00e0 V\u00e4nn\u00e4s, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9e comme un partenaire de confiance et de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans le secteur. L&rsquo;entreprise compte plus de 75 points de vente en Su\u00e8de et en Europe, r\u00e9alisant un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires total d&rsquo;environ 300 millions SEK (29 millions USD) lors de l&rsquo;exercice 2022\/23.<\/p>\n<p>Salix Group est un groupe commercial faisant partie de Volati, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 cot\u00e9e au Nasdaq Stockholm. Cette acquisition constitue une op\u00e9ration de croissance externe (add-on) pour Salix Group.
