Livingstone a conseill\u00e9 les fondateurs et actionnaires de <\/strong>PrimeQ AB<\/strong><\/a> (\u00ab PrimeQ \u00bb), un groupe qui fournit des logiciels propri\u00e9taires, des logiciels tiers et des services dans les domaines de l’IT, de la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie, de la comptabilit\u00e9, de la paie, des ERP, de l’aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision et du e-commerce. Fond\u00e9 en 2011, PrimeQ a depuis \u00e9tabli une position solide sur un march\u00e9 en forte croissance. Le rapprochement de PrimeQ et de <\/strong>VIEW Ledger<\/strong><\/a> renforce l’offre des deux entreprises, tout en \u00e9largissant leurs activit\u00e9s \u00e0 l’ensemble de la r\u00e9gion nordique.<\/strong><\/p>

PrimeQ a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en 2011 avec la vision de cr\u00e9er une combinaison unique de produits et de services dans les domaines de la finance, des syst\u00e8mes de gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et de l’IT. En associant et en d\u00e9veloppant des solutions sur mesure, l’entreprise s’est impos\u00e9e comme un partenaire cl\u00e9 regroupant de nombreux sp\u00e9cialistes. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alise un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 175 millions de SEK et emploie actuellement pr\u00e8s de 100 collaborateurs bas\u00e9s \u00e0 Stockholm, V\u00e4stervik, Motala, Norrk\u00f6ping et V\u00e4ster\u00e5s.<\/p>

VIEW Ledger acquiert la totalit\u00e9 des actions de PrimeQ<\/a>, tandis que les propri\u00e9taires actuels de PrimeQ<\/a> r\u00e9investissent et deviennent co-actionnaires du nouvel ensemble. Au total, le nouveau groupe comptera environ 540 collaborateurs dans les pays nordiques et r\u00e9alisera un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 675 millions de SEK.<\/p>

VIEW Ledger fait partie de VIEW Group<\/a>, lui-m\u00eame d\u00e9tenu conjointement par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 norv\u00e9gienne de private equity Explore Equity<\/a>. Fond\u00e9e en 2004 par trois fr\u00e8res, l’entreprise est aujourd’hui un acteur nordique en forte croissance dans les domaines de l’\u00ab AccounTech \u00bb et de l’IT. Les quelque 420 collaborateurs sont r\u00e9partis dans une vingtaine de bureaux en Su\u00e8de, en Norv\u00e8ge et en Finlande. Ensemble, ils fournissent des syst\u00e8mes ERP, des technologies comptables ainsi que des services en comptabilit\u00e9, paie et finance. Le chiffre d’affaires de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avant le rapprochement avec PrimeQ<\/a> s’\u00e9levait \u00e0 environ 500 millions de SEK.<\/p>

L’\u00e9quipe de Livingstone concr\u00e9tise ainsi une nouvelle transaction dans le secteur, apr\u00e8s la cession de Swedwise \u00e0 Storskogen<\/a>, la cession d’Adtoox \u00e0 Peach<\/a> et la cession de PDSVISION \u00e0 CapMan<\/a>.<\/p>
