Michael Westhoven has joined Livingstone as a Partner in its global Media & Technology team.
Westhoven has 25 years of experience in media, tech and communications M&A as both a corporate finance adviser and, venture capital investor, and as an operational executive with P&L responsibility. He joins Livingstone from Houlihan Lokey where he was German head of Technology, Media and Telecommunications.

Westhoven started his career with BCG and subsequently worked on the investing side for IRIS Capital and held executive positions at VIVA Media AG, Kabel Deutschland and News Corporation’s FOX International Channels before joining corporate finance firm Leonardo Co., which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2015.
