Livingstone is pleased to announce the expansion of its Italian office with the addition of Matteo Invernizzi, who has joined as Partner and is based in Milan, strengthening the firm\u2019s cross-border M&A practice with a particular focus on the Consumer, Retail, Luxury, Shipping and Packaging sectors.<\/strong>

With over 25 years of M&A experience \u2014 20 of which were spent in London \u2014 Matteo has held senior roles at leading global investment banks, including Lazard and Morgan Stanley, where he led advisory coverage in the Retail & Luxury sectors. He also worked at Banca IMI and Cr\u00e9dit Agricole in Milan, returning to Italy three years ago to continue his career in M&A.

His track record includes complex cross-border transactions across Italy, the UK, France, Spain, Poland, The Netherlands, and South Africa, supporting small, medium, and large corporates through origination and high-value execution.
