In 1994, he joined the newly established Paris office of investment bank Regent Associates, a specialist in mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector. During his tenure, he advised on transactions exclusively in the technology sector, with more than 90% of these transactions being cross-border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In early 2001, Alexandre joined the Corporate Finance team at investment bank Bryan, Garnier &amp; Co. In 2002, he left the firm to establish and develop DDA &amp; Company\u2019s Paris office, now Livingstone France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alexandre has extensive expertise in cross-border M&amp;A and is a recognised specialist in the technology sector, including software publishers and IT services, as well as digital and business services.
