His transaction experience is particularly deep in Ag Inputs <em>(e.g., feed, seed, crop \/ animal nutrition)<\/em> and Ag Tech <em>(e.g., farm management software \/ analytics, traceability \/ certification \/ verification, farm equipment technology)<\/em>.&nbsp; Crotty also has expertise in food production, processing, distribution, and retail.<\/p><p>At Livingstone, Joe will focus on M&amp;A advisory and capital raising services across the global Agribusiness industry. His clients include private and public companies, multinational corporations, private equity firms, and venture capital investors.<\/p><p>Prior to Livingstone, Joe served as Managing Director at Consensus Advisors, where he led the Agribusiness and Food practice.&nbsp; Previously, he was the lead agriculture investment banker at KPMG. Joe began his career at AgriCapital, where he spent nearly 11 years honing his expertise in the agricultural sector.<\/p><p>Joe holds a B.S. in Finance and a minor in business law from Fordham University.
