During these projects, he developed a particular focus on companies in the Media &amp; Technology sectors, including IT Services and Cyber Security.<\/p><p>Prior to joining Livingstone, Maximilian started his career in the Investment Banking\/ M&amp;A department of the German private bank Berenberg and gained further M&amp;A experience at companies such as EY and Santander Corporate &amp; Investment Banking.<\/p><p>Maximilian is a qualified banker (IHK) and holds a Master\u2019s degree in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance &amp; Management, where he also completed his Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration and Management.
