Rafael Aguado joined Livingstone in 2026 as a partner in Spain.<\/p>
He has over twenty years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, private investment, and business management. Throughout his career, he has worked at leading firms, high-growth companies, and a prominent family office in the Valencian Community, combining solid technical skills, team management, strategic vision, and extensive multisectoral experience.<\/p>
Before joining Livingstone, he was the partner responsible for Deal Advisory at KPMG for the Valencian Community and the Region of Murcia. Previously, he held key positions in the corporate and investment fields, including that of Corporate Finance Director at BigBuy. For more than a decade, he was part of Grupo Zriser as head of investments, serving on its Management Committee and participating in the Boards of Directors of various companies.<\/p>
During this period, he led and executed investment and divestment processes, managed investee companies, and analyzed opportunities in private equity and venture capital, participating in 18 corporate transactions.<\/p>
He began his professional career at PwC, where he rose to the position of Manager in the Assurance area.<\/p>
