He has gained extensive experience in more than 70 transactions in the areas of sell-side and buy-side M&amp;A advisory and financing, and has developed specialized expertise in the fields of sensors and measurement and control technology, the chemical industry, logistics, industrial services, life sciences services, InsurTech, and medical technology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Universit\u00e4t zu K\u00f6ln.
