In addition, he continues to manage M&amp;A mandates on both the buyer and seller sides, with a focus on the industrial technology sector.<\/p>\n<p>He began his career in Deloitte\u2019s Transaction Services division, where he developed extensive expertise in financial due diligence and advised companies and financial investors on complex transaction matters. He also worked at Haniel as an investment manager.<\/p>\n<p>Philipp Schmolke studied business administration with a focus on finance at the universities of Trier, Dublin City University (B.Sc.), and M\u00fcnster (M.Sc.).
