Livingstone led a structured process in which the team\u2019s experience and transaction expertise were key to a successful outcome.<\/strong><\/p><p><em>&#8220;Livingstone acted with the utmost professionalism throughout the entire process. We immediately had great trust in the team and were always confident that they understood what was important to us in the company and that they could deliver a strong result,&#8221;<\/em> said <strong>Mikael Johansson, CEO and founder of MJ Contractor<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The transaction means that Storskogen acquires a majority stake in MJ Contractor. The previous owner, Mikael Johansson, will remain in the company as minority shareholder and CEO after the transaction.<\/p><p>MJ Contractor is a construction company operating in the Stockholm region. The company was founded in 1993 by Mikael Johansson, who described recent business development as positive and sees great potential for continued growth with Storskogen as a long-term owner.<\/p><p>Storskogen is a privately owned corporate group that acquires and develops well-managed, profitable companies with a leading market position. The group is divided into three business areas and consists of around 50 business units with more than 3,200 employees, over two-thirds of whom are based outside metropolitan areas. The group\u2019s total turnover amounts to approximately SEK 10 billion.<\/p><p><em>&#8220;MJ Contractor is a leading player in its niche with strong growth potential. With Storskogen as the new owner, the company is well positioned to continue its growth journey in a long-term structure that ensures stability for the founder and the company\u2019s employees,&#8221;<\/em> said <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/ko\/team\/zakaria-marakbi\"><strong>Zakaria Marakbi<\/strong><\/a><strong>, Associate at Livingstone<\/strong>.<\/p><p>With this transaction, the Livingstone team has completed yet another Business Services deal, following the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/ko\/transactions\/nordic-drilling-system-has-been-acquired-by-storskogen\"><strong>sale of NDS to Storskogen<\/strong><\/a>, the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/ko\/transactions\/livingstone-has-advised-accent-equity-on-the-sale-of-san-sac-group-to-french-company-sulo\"><strong>sale of San Sac Group to Sulo<\/strong><\/a>, and the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/ko\/transactions\/henry-schein-acquires-majority-interest-in-cliniclands-an-innovative-nordic-distributor\"><strong>sale of Cliniclands to Henry Schein<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><p>Livingstone acted as exclusive financial advisor, while <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/kntr.se\/\">Kanter <\/a>provided legal counsel
