Livingstone was the exclusive financial advisor to <\/strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/beneli.com\/\"><strong>Beneli<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p><p>Beneli is a profitable family company in Helsingborg, founded in 1991. The company develops, manufactures, and sells self-adhesive labels for both consumer goods and industrial products. The company also has a unique position within medical labels placed on the skin for monitoring and diagnostics in health care. Beneli reported sales of SEK 156 million &lpar;USD 16 million&rpar; in 2019 and has approximately 60 employees.<\/p><p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.volati.se\/en.aspx\">Volati<\/a> is a Swedish industrial group, formed in 2003, organized in four business areas: Trading, Consumer, Akademibokhandeln and Industry. Volati has operations in 16 countries, over 2,000 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 7 billion. The acquisition is an add-on acquisition for the Industry business area and the Ettiketto business unit.<\/p><p><em>\u201cBeneli is an exciting company in an interesting niche with great opportunities. Volati becomes a good owner because of its long-term perspective in owning and developing companies,\u201d<\/em> says <strong>Henrik Lillieh\u00f6\u00f6k at Livingstone<\/strong>.<\/p><p>This is Livingstone\u2019s 100th global industrial transaction completed since 2015, it follows the sale of Albin Components to Storskogen and MPT Sweden to Holta Invest.<\/p><p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hwf.se\/en\/\">HWF Advokater<\/a> was the legal advisor to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/beneli.se\/\">Beneli<\/a> during the sales
