Livingstone is pleased to announce the firm\u2019s healthcare team has advised Progressive Behavioral Science (\u201cProgressive\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) on its partnership with <\/strong>Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education<\/strong><\/a> (\u201cCultivate\u201d), a portfolio company of <\/strong>Imperial Capital<\/strong><\/a>. Livingstone acted as exclusive financial advisor to Progressive.<\/strong><\/p>

Progressive is a clinician-led and leading independent provider of intensive Applied Behavioral Analysis (\u201cABA\u201d) therapy to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (\u201cASD\u201d) in the South Florida market. The Company primarily provides in-home therapy services as well as supplemental center-based services, including social skills groups, summer camps, and day programs. Progressive has been deeply embedded in special needs advocacy and the South Florida community for over a decade.<\/p>

The prevalence of ASD has increased dramatically, most recently by nearly 10%, to 1 in 54 children in the U.S. Increasing awareness and prevalence have driven significant demand for high-quality care.<\/p>

This most recent transaction marks Livingstone\u2019s 20th healthcare transaction since
