Livingstone acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Biototal.<\/strong><\/p><p>Biototal is a Cleantech market leader, creating sustainable solutions between the city and countryside by reusing waste. Founded in 2006, Founders Jan Nystedt and Tomas Kjellquist built their Company by putting farmers\u2019 needs first to develop products and services for sustainable food production.<\/p><p>The Company offers its customers advice regarding plant nutrition, crop production, and supplies different products to address problem areas. Biototal is based in Vreta Kluster outside Link\u00f6ping and is expected to generate approximately SEK 100 million &lpar;USD 12m&rpar; in 2020.<\/p><p><em>\u201cWe felt confident in Livingstone\u2019s team; they executed a structured process.
