Livingstone\u2019s Healthcare team<\/strong><\/a> has advised the shareholders of <\/strong>Initia Oncology<\/strong><\/a> on the sale of 100% of their stake in the company, and a majority stake in its research unit, Initia Research.<\/strong><\/p>

Initia is a Valencia-based company, with a track record of more than eleven years in the provision of medical oncology services, and its professionals have extensive experience in the treatment of solid tumors. Initia is a national and international reference in the field of oncological medicine and cancer research and specializes in medical oncology through the most modern therapies.<\/p>

Atrys Health<\/a> is a multinational medical company dedicated to preventive and precision medicine, and a leader in the excellence of both diagnosis and treatment. The focus of Atrys Health is the individualized therapy of patients, through technological innovation. Atrys team is composed of more than 2,500 professionals, 90% of whom are healthcare professionals, of multiple nationalities and different specialties.<\/p>

As part of its expansion plan, Atrys Health recently acquired Bienzobas<\/a>, a company specializing in Medical Oncology, and continues to expand this line of business with the acquisition of Initia Oncolog\u00eda. Atrys Health is currently listed on the main market of the Madrid Stock Exchange since February 2022.<\/p>
