The <\/strong>Engineered Stone Group (ESG)<\/strong><\/a> has acquired the assets of <\/strong>Resiblock S.L.<\/strong><\/a>, Baniana Bath S.L. and Bold The Solid Company S.L. (\u201cResiblock\u201d), manufacturers of shower trays, baths and washbasins and other bathroom furniture. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>

Located in Luque (C\u00f3rdoba), Resiblock is a leading Spanish company specializing in the manufacture of bathroom fixtures in Solid Surface and Engineered Stone. With a successful track record of more than 35 years, Resiblock has a wide customer base in Southern Europe with a strong focus on Spain. As a member of ESG, Resiblock, Baniana and Bold will maintain their headquarters, facilities and employees in Cordoba and will continue to serve their customers from there.<\/p>

The Engineered Stone Group, a Cranemere Group<\/a> company headquartered in UK, is a leading specialist in the production of shower trays, basins, bathtubs, and panels, as well as bathroom furniture. ESG offers a wide range of high-quality brands and products with a commitment to excellent customer service and continuous innovation in all the countries where it operates.<\/p>
