Livingstone is pleased to announce the promotions of Mark Carl<\/a> to Managing Director within the firm\u2019s Chicago office and Josh Kroll<\/a> and Eric Suh<\/a> to Director within Livingstone\u2019s Los Angeles and Chicago offices, respectively.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark Carl joined Livingstone in 2010 and has steadily risen through the organization because of his extensive experience, in-depth industry knowledge and the trust he builds with clients. He has played an integral role in building Livingstone\u2019s Healthcare practice, one of the firm\u2019s most active and growing sector groups in the United States. Mark\u2019s recent transaction experience includes the recapitalizations of MOTION PT<\/a> and Foothills Therapy Partners<\/a> by Confluent Health<\/a>, the sale of Therapy Partner Solutions<\/a> to Lee Equity<\/a>, and Advocate Aurora Enterprises<\/a>\u2019 acquisition of Senior Helpers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Josh Kroll joined Livingstone in 2016 as an experienced Analyst in the firm\u2019s Los Angeles office.  He quickly established himself as a valued member of any deal team, which led to his steady ascent through the organization. Josh, who has experience across all sectors and product groups but is particularly active within Livingstone\u2019s Business & Technology Services practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eric Suh joined Livingstone over five years ago after completing the firm\u2019s Summer Associate program in 2017 and his MBA from the University of Chicago in 2018. Prior to Livingstone, Eric, as a Certified Public Accountant, spent nearly a decade in financial services, most recently holding senior-level accounting & finance roles at Fresenius Kabi USA and Paylocity. Eric has developed extensive deal experience by playing a critical deal support role within the firm\u2019s Business & Technology Services, Healthcare, Consumer, and Industrial sector practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
