The company, founded nearly 60 years ago, has established a strong position in the global market for industrial radio control by offering innovative products based on proprietary technology. The company is headquartered in Askim, just outside Gothenburg, has its own production facility in China, and sells through its own subsidiaries in ten countries across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, as well as an extensive network of resellers and partners globally. Tele Radio has just over 150 employees and generates revenue of approximately SEK 175 million with strong profitability.<\/p><p><em>\u201cAfter significantly expanding Tele Radio, we felt it was time for the next step in the company\u2019s development<\/em><strong>,\u201d<\/strong> says the company\u2019s principal owner, Bertil G\u00f6rling. <em>The solution involving a private consortium combines the best of both worlds\u2014we gain access to a wide range of diverse experiences and additional expertise to support our continued growth journey, while simultaneously strengthening our financial position and enabling acquisitions as part of our expansion strategy,<\/em><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong>continues <strong>Bertil G\u00f6rling.<\/strong><\/p><p>Livingstone has worked with Bertil G\u00f6rling, the other owners, and the company through a thorough process to find the right investor.<strong> Bertil G\u00f6rling continues:<\/strong><\/p><p><em>For me, it has been important to find an investor whose values align with the culture we have created at Tele Radio.
