GESCO AG<\/a>\u00a0has sold its majority interest in\u00a0Protomaster GmbH<\/a>, Wilkau-Ha\u00dflau\/Germany. With effect from 8 December 2017, the company\u2019s managing director, Mr. Lutz Gentsch, acquired the shares together with a co-investor. Livingstone has advised\u00a0GESCO AG<\/a>\u00a0on the transaction.<\/p>\n

The terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.\u00a0Protomaster GmbH<\/a>\u00a0provides high-end metal forming tools as well as body parts and complex assemblies made from sheet metal to prestigious automotive customers.<\/p>\n
