Pageant Media provides a unique combination of proprietary data, actionable insights and must-attend events across a range of asset management classes with a portfolio of high-quality brands. The business has an excellent track record of organic growth, value-enhancing M&amp;A, and it benefits from the structural tail winds experienced in alternative asset markets. This is the first investment of ICG\u2019s Europe Mid-Market Fund, which closed in late 2018 having raised \u20ac1bn.<\/strong><\/p><p>Livingstone\u2019s <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/nl\/team\/andrew-bozzelli\"><strong>Andrew Bozzelli<\/strong><\/a><strong>, Partner based in Chicago<\/strong>, advised on the transaction in conjunction with Arrowpoint Advisory out of London. Mr Bozzelli<strong> <\/strong>commented, <em>\u201cThe Pageant Media transaction represents another successful sale of a subscription-led, information services business. We look forward to remaining active in the information services space as both global strategics and private equity investors are eager to deploy capital in this
