Deal terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beary is a leading commercial landscaping and snow &amp; ice removal services provider offering recurring, contracted landscape management programs to commercial properties, utilities, multi-family communities, retail centers, schools and university campuses, and government facilities. In addition, Beary provides landscaping design and installation services to commercial and retail customers. Over its nearly 40-year history, Beary has become a premier landscaping services provider with six locations throughout the Greater Chicagoland Area and adjacent geographies in Illinois and Indiana.<\/p>\n<p>Livingstone conducted a comprehensive sale process, generating significant buyer interest for the asset<em>. \u201cThis successful acquisition represents a milestone in our journey and is a testament to Livingstone\u2019s hard work.
