Iberlim Catalanet har förvärvats av Bunzl plc

The shareholders of Iberlim-Catalanet SA, a Tarragona based cleaning supplies distributor to industry, hotels and retail trades, have sold 100% of the company to Bunzl plc.

The purchaser is a group quoted on the London and New York stock exchanges and provides value added distribution and outsourcing solutions to a wider customer base in North America, Europe and Australia.  Iberlim represents Bunzl’s first acquisition in the Iberian market. Livingstone Partners initiated the transaction and acted as advisor to the seller. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
