Han har bland annat varit med och drivit processer som f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/livingstone-has-advised-accent-equity-on-the-sale-of-san-sac-group-to-french-company-sulo\">San Sac Group<\/a> (tidigare portf\u00f6ljbolag till Accent Equity) till franska Sulo, f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/henry-schein-acquires-majority-interest-in-cliniclands-an-innovative-nordic-distributor\">Cliniclands<\/a> till amerikanska Henry Schein samt f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/livingstone-advised-ad-delivery-platform-adtoox-on-sale-to-peach-a-portfolio-company-of-inflexion\">Adtoox<\/a> till Peach (portf\u00f6ljbolag till Inflexion Private Equity).&#13;<br>&#13;<br>Henrik har under sin tid p\u00e5 Livingstone bland annat arbetat med bolag som <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/livingstone-advises-the-shareholders-of-biototal-on-mvi-majority-investment\">Biototal<\/a>, en akt\u00f6r inom cirkul\u00e4r v\u00e4xtn\u00e4ring med fokus mot jordbrukssektorn, samt Modigo, Sveriges ledande akt\u00f6r av neuropsykiatriska utredningar och medicinsk behandling av patienter med adhd&#13;<br>&#13;<br>Edward Herslow har varit en del av Livingstones team i Stockholm sedan 2020 och g\u00e5r nu ifr\u00e5n en position som Analytiker till Associate. Under sin tid p\u00e5 Livingstone har Edward bland annat varit delaktig i f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/livingstone-has-advised-tm-konsult-on-sale-to-afry\">TM Konsult <\/a>till AFRY och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/livingstone-has-advised-vrdvskan-on-its-sale-to-storskogen\">V\u00e5rdv\u00e4skan<\/a> till Storskogen.&#13;<br>&#13;<br><em>\u201cVi har haft ett \u00e5r med mycket h\u00f6g aktivitet och rekordm\u00e5nga transaktioner.
