He has played an integral role in building Livingstone\u2019s Healthcare practice, one of Livingstone\u2019s most active and growing sector groups in the USA. Mark\u2019s recent transaction experience includes the recapitalizations of <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/livingstone-advises-motion-pt-group-on-a-new-partnership-with-confluent-health\/\">MOTION PT<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/livingstone-advises-foothills-therapy-partners-on-new-partnership-with-confluent-health\/\">Foothills Therapy Partners<\/a>&nbsp;by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/goconfluent.com\/\">Confluent Health<\/a>, the sale of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/livingstone-advises-therapy-partner-solutions-on-sale-to-lee-equity-partners\/\">Therapy Partner Solutions<\/a>&nbsp;to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leeequity.com\/\">Lee Equity<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/livingstone-advises-advocate-aurora-on-the-acquisition-of-senior-helpers\/\">Advocate Aurora Enterprises<\/a>\u2019 acquisition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seniorhelpers.com\/\">Senior Helpers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Josh Kroll joined Livingstone in 2016 as an experienced Analyst in the firm\u2019s Los Angeles office. He quickly established himself as a valued member of any deal team, which led to his steady ascent through the organization. Josh, who has experience across all sectors and product groups but is particularly active within Livingstone\u2019s Business &amp; Technology Services practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eric Suh joined Livingstone over five years ago after completing the firm\u2019s Summer Associate program in 2017 and his MBA from the University of Chicago in 2018. Prior to Livingstone, Eric, as a Certified Public Accountant, spent nearly a decade in financial services, most recently holding senior-level accounting &amp; finance roles at Fresenius Kabi USA and Paylocity.
