Kv\u00e4llen hade ett tydligt syfte: dela kunskap och skapa b\u00e4sta m\u00f6jliga f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra kunder.<\/strong>\n<br>\n\n<br>\nSetterwalls inledde med en genomg\u00e5ng av tv\u00e5 aktuella regelverk som kommer att p\u00e5verka aff\u00e4rstransaktioner fram\u00f6ver:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>FDI-lagen<\/strong> \u2013 kr\u00e4ver att investeringar i skyddsv\u00e4rd verksamhet anm\u00e4ls och godk\u00e4nns innan genomf\u00f6rande, vilket p\u00e5verkar tidplaner och struktur i M&amp;A-processer. Tajming kring ans\u00f6kan \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r avg\u00f6rande och kan i h\u00f6g grad p\u00e5verka hur processen planeras och genomf\u00f6rs.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nya 3:12-regeln<\/strong> \u2013 f\u00f6renklar beskattningen f\u00f6r f\u00e5mansf\u00f6retag fr\u00e5n 2026, med h\u00f6jt grundbelopp och borttagna l\u00f6nekrav, vilket skapar nya m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r \u00e4garplanering.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<br>\n<em>\u201cRegelverken vi diskuterade, som FDI-lagen och 3:12-regeln, p\u00e5verkar inte bara strukturen i en aff\u00e4r \u2013 de p\u00e5verkar \u00e4ven timing och processplan f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 \u00f6nskat utfall. Dessutom gick vi igenom avr\u00e4kningsmodeller s\u00e5som <strong>Locked Box<\/strong> och <strong>Tilltr\u00e4desbalans,<\/strong> f\u00f6r att ge f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r hur vi arbetar med priss\u00e4ttningsjusteringar och processer. Genom v\u00e5r djupg\u00e5ende analys och strukturerade metodik s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller vi att varje l\u00f6sning \u00e4r skr\u00e4ddarsydd f\u00f6r kundens l\u00e5ngsiktiga m\u00e5l och aff\u00e4rsstrategi.\n<br>\n\n<br>\nKv\u00e4llen avslutades med mingel d\u00e4r samtal och erfarenhetsutbyte gav ytterligare insikter om hur vi kan navigera i en alltmer komplex aff\u00e4rsmilj\u00f6. Att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 varandras arbetss\u00e4tt \u00e4r f\u00f6rdelaktigt f\u00f6r att skapa effektiva och framg\u00e5ngsrika aff\u00e4rer.
