Livingstone har agerat r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garna av <\/strong>Trexab Bygg & Sanering<\/strong><\/a> (\u201dTrexab\u201d eller \u201dBolaget\u201d) vid <\/strong>Circuras<\/strong><\/a> f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv av Bolaget. Trexab f\u00f6rst\u00e4rker Circuras position p\u00e5 marknaden f\u00f6r byggservice samt infrastrukturf\u00f6rnyelse och st\u00e4rker koncernens marknadsposition i Stockholm med omnejd.<\/strong><\/p>

Trexab utf\u00f6r byggservice i infrastrukturn\u00e4ra milj\u00f6, med flertalet stora offentliga och privata best\u00e4llare. Bolaget oms\u00e4tter omkring 250 miljoner kronor och har cirka 50 medarbetare. Samtliga del\u00e4gare och nyckelpersoner i organisationen \u00e5terinvesterar en andel av k\u00f6peskillingen i samband med transaktionen och blir d\u00e4rmed med\u00e4gare i Circura-koncernen.<\/p>

Circura grundades 2021 med Adelis Equity Partners som huvud\u00e4gare och \u00e4r Sveriges ledande koncern inom renovering och service av fastigheter. Bolaget arbetar decentraliserat och kundn\u00e4ra med det stora f\u00f6retagets resurser f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rnya och f\u00f6r\u00e4dla Sveriges byggnader. Circuras ambition \u00e4r att f\u00f6rena och utveckla specialiserade bolag som verkar lokalt.<\/p>
