Livingstone\u2019s Industrial team has advised Prosource Holdings, Inc. (\u201c<\/strong>Mostardi Platt<\/strong><\/a>\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), on its partnership with <\/strong>Incline Equity Partners<\/strong><\/a> (\u201cIncline\u201d). Livingstone acted as exclusive financial advisor to Mostardi Platt. Transaction terms were not disclosed. <\/strong><\/p>

Headquartered in Elmhurst, IL, Mostardi Platt delivers a full suite of environmental consulting solutions, including air emissions source testing, emissions monitoring, compliance management and assessment services. The Company addresses the demands of North American utility, cement and industrial customers driven by strict environmental regulations.<\/p>
