Livingstone har agerat exklusiv finansiell r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garna av <\/strong>Broddson AB<\/strong><\/a> (\u201dBroddson\u201d) vid avyttringen till <\/strong>Duroc AB.<\/strong><\/a> Broddson \u00e4r en marknadsledande leverant\u00f6r av bogserade sopmaskiner f\u00f6r v\u00e4gunderh\u00e5ll och har med sin l\u00e5nga historia och h\u00f6gkvalitativa maskiner tagit en ledande position i Norden men \u00e4ven Europa och Mellan\u00f6stern. Baserat p\u00e5 bolagets starka position och internationella n\u00e4rvaro har Livingstone lett en riktad aktionsprocess, vilken genom teamets gedigna sektorkunskap resulterat i en framg\u00e5ngsrik transaktion.<\/strong><\/p>

Transaktionen markerar b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 en sp\u00e4nnande tillv\u00e4xtresa f\u00f6r Broddson med fokus p\u00e5 att st\u00e4rka den geografiska expansionen i b\u00e5de befintliga och nya marknader, mot bakgrund av en stabil efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 bolagets nuvarande produkter.<\/p>

Ut\u00f6ver sin k\u00e4rnverksamhet \u00e4r Broddson \u00e4ven agent f\u00f6r Brock, Rasco och Wille Machines i Sverige. Bolaget har en betydande internationell n\u00e4rvaro, s\u00e4rskilt i Europa och Mellan\u00f6stern. Broddsons oms\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r 2024 ber\u00e4knas uppg\u00e5 till cirka 150 miljoner kronor med ett r\u00f6relseresultat \u00f6ver 15 miljoner kronor. Bolaget har cirka 24 anst\u00e4llda.<\/p>
