Livingstone Partners har agerat finansiell r\u00e5dgivare \u00e5t <\/strong>Celero Capital AB<\/strong><\/a> (\u201dCelero\u201d) i samband med bildandet av <\/strong>Aterion AB<\/strong><\/a> (\u201dAterion\u201d) \u2013 en plattform av sex entrepren\u00f6rsdrivna bolag med en tydlig ambition att bli en ledande akt\u00f6r inom kraftindustrin i Norden. Gruppen erbjuder ett brett tj\u00e4nsteutbud till n\u00e4t\u00e4gare, f\u00f6rnybara energiproducenter och industrif\u00f6retag.<\/strong><\/p>

Vid etableringen best\u00e5r Aterion av AG Entreprenad<\/strong><\/a>, ELB Kraft<\/strong><\/a>, Eltec K\u00f6ping<\/strong><\/a>, KraftTech Sverige<\/strong><\/a>, Selectric Sverige<\/strong><\/a> and SLL Energi & Infrastruktur<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 alla med en l\u00e5ng historik av framg\u00e5ngsrika projektleveranser och n\u00f6jda kunder. Aterions omfattande tj\u00e4nsteutbud inkluderar design, planering, konstruktion, installation och underh\u00e5ll samt m\u00e4tning och inspektion f\u00f6r n\u00e4t\u00e4gare, f\u00f6rnybara energiproducenter och industrif\u00f6retag.<\/p>

P\u00e5 proformabasis genererar koncernen \u00e5rliga int\u00e4kter p\u00e5 mer \u00e4n SEK 800 miljoner. Aterion f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar sig fortsatt stark tillv\u00e4xt, b\u00e5de organiskt och genom ytterligare f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv.<\/p>

Etableringen av Aterion \u00e4r ett f\u00f6rsta steg i att bygga en ledande koncern, som kombinerar sex entrepren\u00f6rsdrivna specialistf\u00f6retag \u2013 alla v\u00e4l ansedda inom sina nischer \u2013 f\u00f6r att erbjuda en helt\u00e4ckande l\u00f6sning som t\u00e4cker hela v\u00e4rdekedjan f\u00f6r kraftproduktion och distribution. Som en del av Aterion kommer bolagen att st\u00e4rka sina upphandlingspositioner, dra nytta av samarbete inom koncernen och m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra projektm\u00f6jligheter med en bredare kundbas.<\/p>

F\u00f6retagen kommer att forts\u00e4tta verka som tidigare, beh\u00e5lla sina varum\u00e4rken, anst\u00e4llda och kundrelationer samt s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla oavbruten service och projektleverans till alla kunder. Entrepren\u00f6rerna har \u00e5terinvesterat en betydande andel i Aterion.<\/p>
