Livingstone is pleased to announce the firm\u2019s Benelux team has acted as M&A advisor on the sale of <\/strong>Nedis<\/strong><\/a> (portfolio company of <\/strong>Aurelius<\/strong><\/a>) to <\/strong>Commaxx<\/strong><\/a>. Transaction terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>

Nedis, a wholesaler specialised in the distribution of (smart) consumer electronics and accessories, joins Commaxx Group, a wholesaler of a broad variety of consumer related electronics.<\/p>

Nedis is an established player with a broad product offering that is aligned with the latest technologies and trends. Their proprietary \u201cNedis\u201d branded and private label solutions provide valuable A-brand alternatives for their resellers and end-user customer base throughout Europe.<\/p>

Commaxx Group develops and distributes a variety of (proprietary) branded consumer electronics mainly to international retailers and importers.<\/p>

Nedis seamlessly fits into Commaxx\u2019s organisation and brand portfolio. By joining forces, the companies benefit from a larger customer base, a wider product range, and potential synergies. In addition, ongoing challenges such as globalisation and the increasing costs in the consumer electronics market can be addressed more effectively.<\/p>

The transaction was signed in February 2024.<\/p>
