(\u201c<\/strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/en.apalt.com\/\"><strong>APALT<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u201d) on the acquisition of the <\/strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alunited.de\/\"><strong>ALUnited Group<\/strong><\/a> <strong>from private equity firm Fidelium Partners.<\/strong><\/p><p>ALUnited, with production sites in T\u00f8nder, Denmark, and Louviers, France, specializes in the development and manufacturing of high-quality aluminum components for the automotive industry. Its product portfolio includes battery and engine carrier systems for electric vehicles, crash management systems, and brake pedals. The French site is also equipped with in-house extrusion capabilities for upstream aluminum components. Previously part of the Benteler Group, the two plants were carved out and further developed into the independent ALUnited Group under Fidelium\u2019s ownership.<\/p><p>Through this acquisition, APALT strengthens its presence in the European market and establishes downstream manufacturing capabilities in close proximity to leading premium OEMs. Integrating ALUnited\u2019s activities enables APALT to strategically expand its value chain and product offering in a highly dynamic growth segment.<\/p><p><em>\u201dWe are proud to have supported APALT in this strategically important acquisition.
